Thank you for shopping at Kladouka.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging (including tags, accessories, and protective wrapping).
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and digital nature reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Digital downloads (e-books, software, patterns, etc.).
- Gift cards.
- Products of a sanitary or intimate nature (e.g., cosmetics, earrings).
- Products classified as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Any product damaged due to customer misuse or not following care instructions.
3. Partial Refunds & Damaged Items
We may issue a partial refund or deny a return in the following situations:
- The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage not present at the time of shipment.
- The item is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or the original packaging is damaged.
- The item is returned after the 30-day return window has closed.
4. Refund Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at artrent.llc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
- Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer or without prior authorization.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after our approval email:
- Check your bank account or payment method statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

6. Sale Items
Only items purchased at the regular price are eligible for a full refund. Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are final sale and cannot be refunded, unless defective.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item. To request an exchange, please contact us at artrent.llc@gmail.com. You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label for the defective/damaged item, and the correct item will be shipped to you upon receipt of the return.
8. Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:
- The recipient will receive a gift credit (store credit) for the value of the return once the item is received and inspected.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the gift giver.
9. Shipping Returns (for Non-Defective Items)
- The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning non-defective items.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
- The return address will be provided upon request of a Return Authorization.
